AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
f OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be owners of more than
two- thirds in assessed value of the property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purpose
hereinafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value of
the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas:
All of Blocks 2, 32 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 189 199 22, 230 24, 259 26, 270 28;
Lots 1 to 15, inclusive, in Block 29;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 30;
Lots 10 to 15, inclusive, in Block 34;
All of Block 35;
All of Block 36;
Lots 10 to 15, inclusive, in Block 37,
All in Industrial Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
All of Blocks 1, 10, 11, 20, and 21;
Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, of Block 31,
All in Annex j2 to Industrial Park
Addition to t`'�+.�ity of Little Rock,A rkansas;
Iror the purpose of building a sanitary sewer system to serve said
property,. with an outlet beyond the boundaries of the district if
deemed advisable, in such a manner and with such materials as the
commissioners shall deem to be for the best interest of said
district, and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received
from any agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and
dharged upon the real property above described, provided the

liability of each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its
assessed benefits.
Said DJs tract shall be known as Sewer Improvement
District No. 119 and William J. White ,
W. *D, Beall and _ L. F. Heatwr
are - hereby named commissioners., who shall a,ompose the Board of
- Improvement for said District,
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
