An Ordinance reclase-ifyir.o the south half of Lot 3, Block
II, Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas: Amending Ordinance No, 5420; and for other pnrpoees.
Be it ordained by the City Coancil of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION I. That the south half of Lot 3, Block II, Kiraba.11's
South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
3007 State Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance :lo, 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordin-
anoe,
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning; Map there-
to attached anu made a part thereof, are hereby ainenaed to per.nit
the reclassification and rezoning of said south half of Lot 3,
Block II, Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little
Roc} , ArKRrgx%s as outlined in Section I hereof, said property
to oe hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commer-
cial District,
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage,
