An Ordinance reclassifying Lot;9, Block 3, Sam 71elch Addition
to the City of Lit le Rock, Arkansas; amending Ordinance No.54A®:
and for other purposes.
De it ordained by the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Lot 9, block 3, Sam 1elch Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas being No. 2016 Peyton : -Itreet,
heretofore zoned and classified as "B' Residence District, un-
der the terms of zoning ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is declared to be iri ,Ilea+ Commercial
District under the terms of said Coning ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and 'Zoning Pap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the rezoning and reclassification of said Lot 9, Block 3,
Sam 1elch Addition to the '-"ity of Little Rock, rkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the WT" Comr;iercial District.
section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
