AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE CURB CUTS ON SPRING STREET AND
10th STREET BORDERING THE PROPERTY OF C. M. McMrULLIN LOCATED
AT 1001 -1011 SPRING STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section I. C. M. McMullin is the owner of property on the
Southeast corner of 10th and Spring Streets, and has duly petitioned
for authority to cut the curb running into said property on Spring
Street, a distance of sixteen (161) feet, said cut beginning one hun-
dred four (1041) feet South from the Southeast corner of the inter-
section at 10th and Spring Streets, and also to cut the curb running
into said property from tenth street for a distance of thirty -one (31t)
feet, said cut beginning at a point one hundred nine (1091) feet East
from said Southeast corner of the intersection at 10th and Spring Streets.
Section II. Pursuant to Section VIII of Ordinance 7060, said
application is hereby approved as above set forth.
Section III. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
