AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE
ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) GALLONS OF THIN-
NER AND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (937)
GALLONS OF QUICK DRYING YELLOW METAL
MARKING PAINT FROM THE WAR ASSETS AD-
MINISTRATION OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERN-
MENT.
BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to purchase One Hundred
Five (105) gallons of thinner and Nine Hundred Thirty-
seven'(937) gallons of quick drying yellow metal marking
paint from the War Assets Administration of the United
States Government.
SECTION 2. The cost of such thinner and paint
shall not exceed the sum of Five Hundred Twenty -one Dol-
lars ($521.00).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
