not sufficient, due to increased cost of naterial and
labor, now, therefore

S1,CTIOT' 1. There shall be added to Ordinance
No. 3672 of November 10, 1924 the followinr7 section:
"The Board of Commissioners of Oakland Cemetery
is hereby authorized to c1�_arge the owners of each lot in
Oakland CenietertT not provided with perpetual_ care an an-
nual fee not to e: -,teed the sum of Four (';4.00) Dollars.
Fees so collected under the provisions of this ordinance
shall be used for the upkeep, and improvement of all
lots and the surrounding area of such lots which are not
provided with perpetual care.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and rarts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are herebT - repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full_ force and effect after its passar7e and ap-
proval.
