AN ORDINANCE RE- CLA.SSIFYING LOTS 2 and 3 IN BLOCK 2
IN VAN FRANK'S SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, AIMMING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS MMIZED,
AND FOR OTHIPM PURP OSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THII CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKELIZAS :
Section 1. That lots two (2) and three (3) in block
two (2) in Van Frank's Sub - division of the pity of Little
Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as B residence
property are hereby re -zoned and re- classified acid the same
are hereby declared to be in Commercial F District under the
terms of said zoning ordinance and waiver of yard space is
hereby granted;
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and zoning map thereto
attached and made a part tree reof are hereby amended to
permit re- zoning and re- classification of said lots two
(2) and three (3) in block two (2) in Van Frank's Sub-
division of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as out-
lined in section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in Commercial F District with
waiver of yard space as outlined herein.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage.
