AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK SIX
(6), C. & P. JOHNSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420, AS AMENDED, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Six (6), Block Six (6), C. & P.
Johnson Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, herein-
after classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby declared to be in
"C" Two - family District under the terms of said zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attached, and made a part thereof are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the Lot Six (6),
Block Six (6), in C. & P. Johnson Addition in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereinafter known and classified as being in
"C" Two - family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
