AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 129 BLOCK 330, ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR NSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. LITTLE
ROCK, ARSANSAS:
Section 1. Lot 12, Block 330, Original city of
Little Kock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned
as being in "D" Apartment District , under the terms of
Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Hock, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
as being in "F" Commercial District,
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, as amended,,and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in con-
formity with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance;
said property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance will
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Com-
mercial District under said Ordinance No. 5420, as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in fall force and }
effect from and after its passage.
