AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5), BLOCK SIX (6),
'#EST ROCK ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF PULASKI HEIGHTS, NOW CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Six (6),
West Rock Addition to the Town of Pulaski Heights, now City of
Little Rocks Arkansas, being located on the west side of Highway No,
10 between "M11 Street and ON" Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "Bt1 Residence District under the terms of the Zoning Ordi-
nance No, 54200 are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are
hereby declared to be in t1Je Light Industrial District under the
terms of the said Zoning Ordinance, provided, however, that no build -
ing.ohall be erected on said property the front of which is within 25
feet of the property line of said property which runs along said
Highway No. 10.
SEC^1ION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots Four (4) and Five (5),
Block Six (6), West Rock Addition to the Town of Pulaski Heights, now
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "Jn
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
