AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS NINE (9) AND TEN (10), BLOCK "B ",
FLETCHER & CLARKIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5,420 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block "B ",
Fletcher & Clark's Addition to the-City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
Second
being No. 1800 East SliEth Street, heretofore classified as "C"
Two Family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
are hereby rezoned and-reclassified and the same are declared to
be in "K" Heavy Industrial District under the terms of said zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5J.20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Nine (9) and
Ten (10), Block "B ", Fletcher & Clark's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1, hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "K"
Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
