BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, _'ARK Va S;
CTION 1. That Lots 16, 17, 18, and 19, in Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
6, 71 81 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, in Block 7; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 1:
12, 13 and 14, in Block 8; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in Block 9, and Lots 7, 8, 9,
101, 11 and 12, in Block 10, all in RM.2JEL ADDITION to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being heretofore classified and zoned as "B" District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, is hereby rezoned and reclassified ari
the same are hereby declared to be in "I" District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 as amended and the Zoning Y "ap there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassi-
fication and rezoning of said Lots 16, 17, 18 and 19, in Block 6; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
51 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, in Block 7; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 100
11, 12, 13 and 14, in Block 8; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in Block 9, and Lots 7, 8
9, 10, 11 and 12, in Block 10, all in R..3.WEL ADDITION to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known end
classified as being in the "I" District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
