AN ORDINANCE GRANTING GENERAL AGENCY,INC., PERMISSION
TO MAKE TWO (2) CURB CUTS EACH THIRTY(30) FEET LONG ON THE
NORTH CURB LINE WHICH EXTENDS ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
WEST EIGHTY (80) FEET OF LOTS ONE(I.), TWO (2) and THREE (3)
IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND TWO(2) CURB CUTS, EACH BEING
THIRTY -FIVE (35) FEET LONG ON THE WEST CURB LINE WHICH
EXTENDS.ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF.THE WEST EIGHTY (80) FEET
OF LOTS ONE (1)TWO(2) AND THREE (3) IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY (120) OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF. LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
p. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That General Agency, Inc., the owner of the
West Eighty (80) feet of Lots One(l), Two (2) and Three (3) in
Block One Hundred Twenty (120) of the Original City of Little
I� right to make the
j Rock, Arkansas, be and is hereby granted the gh
following curb cuts along the curb lines which extend along the
North side and the West side of the property hereinabove described:
(1) Beginning Ten (1Q) feet South of the curb inter
section at the Northwest Corner of said property, thence
extending thirty -five (35) feet South from said point of
j beginning.
(2) Beginning Seventy (70) feet South of the curb
intersection at the Northwest-Corner of said property,
thence extending thirty -five (35) feet South from said
point of beginning.
(3) Beginning Ten (10) feet East of the curb inter-
section at the Northwest Corner of said property, thence
extending thirty (30) feet Eastfr= said point of beginning.
(4) Beginning Sixty (60) feet East of the curb-inter-
section at the Northwest Corner of said property, thence
extending thirty (30) feet East from said point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
