AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF ONE GARBAGE TRUCK FOR USE
BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOS*S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized

use of the Sanitation Department, the following items:
One (1) Garbage truck with Packer Type
Closed Garbage Bed, and Chassis.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full effect from and
after its passage.
