ORDINANCE NO. 7167
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING THAT PART OF NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION SIXTEEN, TOWN -
SHIP ONE NORTH, RANGE TWELVE WEST, LYING WEST OF THE
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY, EXCEPT FIVE
ACRES IN A SQUARE IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF, AND
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTIER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE_ CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That that part of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section Sixteen, Township One North,
Range Twelve West, lying West of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
right -of -way, excepting five acres in a square in the Northwest
corner thereof, be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied from "B" residential District to "M" `L6t-' Idn tnfaal Dis-
trict under the terms of City Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, of
the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, as am3nded,and the zoning map At-
tached thereto and made a part thereof, are 'hereby amended in
conformity with the provision of Section One of thisOrdinance to
reclassify that portion of said Northwest Quarter of the North-
west Quarter of Section sixteen, Township One North, Range Twelve
West, lying west of the Missouri Pacific Railroad right -of -way,
excepting five acres lying in a square in the Northwest comer
thereef, as "H" 14944 Industrial District under said Ordinance
Ho. 5420 as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effedt= -from and after its passage.
