An Ordinance Reclassifying Lot Five (5), Block Three
Hundred Twenty -Five (325), Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, Amending Ordinance NO. 5420 as
Amended and for other Purposes
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROC, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Lot Five (5), Block Three Hundred Twenty -
Five (325), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1115-
1117 Victory Street, heretofore classified and zoned as ' C" Two -
family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Crdinance, and waiver of yard space requirements is hereby
granted.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning 1,11'ap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Five (5)
Block Three Hundred Twenty -Five (325), Original City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof. said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F`'" Commercial
District and with yard space requirements waived as provided in

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
