AMENDING URDINANUS NO. 5420, AS AIAENDED; AMENDING URVINANCE NO. 7150; AND
FOR GTHM, PURP05ES.
BE IT URDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space requirements
as established by Ordinance No, 5420 as it affects property on the northwest
corner, Lee Avenue and North Polk Streets, described as Lots 8 and 9 Block 30,
Lincoln Park Addition, neretofore reclassified to Apartment "D" District
Property by Ordinance Noo 71500 are hereby waived.
Section 20 Ordinance No* 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto and made
a part thereof, and Ordinance No. 7150, are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
