AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
PRINCIPAL AND SW I -ANN UAL INTEREST AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE
FEBRUARY 1, 1947 AND MARCH 1, 1947 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE FOCK
BOND ISSUES.. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT TLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein recited
for payment of the City's obligations on various bond issues due
February 1, 1947 and March 1, 1947, as follows:
4% MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS - AUDITORIUM BOND FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the
respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the trans-
mittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the due
dates.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
