AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 7, 8 & 9, BLOCK 16, RECTORTO NN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Lots 7, 8 & 9, Block 16, Rectortown Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being Property at the northwest corner of East
Collins Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "C ", TWO
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. %20, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. %20 and the Zoning map thereto attached and
made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lots 7, 8 & 9, Block 16, Rectortown Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section l hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial
District.
