7195I" ORDINANCE NO. 7195 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING AN ALLEY THROUGH BLOCK 4, REMMELtS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 13th Day of January, 1947, asking the City Council to vacate and abandon an alley ten feet wide through the center of Block 4, Remmelts Addition to the City of Little Rock, parallel with Asher Avenue, designated on the plat of Remmelts Addition to said City, now appearing of record in Plats Record Book 2 at page 184, in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex- officio Re- "° corder for Pulaski County, Arkansas; and WiE:EAS, after due notice asp required by law, the Council has, at the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons de- siring to be °heard on the question and has ascertained that the alley, hereinbefore described, has heretofore been dedicated to the public use as an alley herein described; has not been actually used by the public generally for a period of at least five years subsequent to the filing of the plat; that all the owners of the property abutting upon the alley to be vacated have filed with the Council their written consent to such abandonment; and,that public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such alley. NOgV, THEREFOkE, be it ordain--,d by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: Section 1. the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its right, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the alley designated as follows: An alley ten feet wide through the center of .Block 4, Remmelts Addition to the City of Little Rock, Krkansas, parallel with Asher Avenue, and abutting Lots 4 through 15, inclusive on the south and Lots 3 and 16 on the north, all in Mock 4, Remmelts Audition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Section 2. A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the dJEkX recorder for Pulaski County and recorded in.the deed records of the county. Section 3.
