the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 3405 Roosevelt Road,
heretofore classified and zoned as ":B" Residence District, under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance iio. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified ani the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apart-
meat District under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance.
