AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF LOTS SIXTEEN (16) AND SEVENTEEN (17), EXCEPT
THE WEST TEN (W 101) FEET OF LOT SIXTEEN (16), IN BLACK ONE (1) OF MIDLAND HILLS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all of Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), except the
Nest Ten (W 101) Feet of Lot Sixteen (16), in Block One (1) of Midland Hills
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 114 -116 Berry Street,
,heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms of
Zoning' Ordinance No. 5420, ilia hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said all of Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), except the West
Ten (W 101) Feet of Lot Sixteen (16), in Block One (1) of Midland Hills Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereofter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
