AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE ( 3 ) AND THE WEST HALF (W!2-)
OF LOT TWO (2), BLOCK ONE (1), HILLCREST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING O RTI NANCE NO. 5420 AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Three (3) and the West Half (WQ )
of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Hillerest Addition to Little Rock,
Arkansas, being No. 5111 North Lookout Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "A" one - family district under the terms of zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned andreelassified and the same
are declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said
zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lot Three (3) and the West Half
of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Hillerest Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
