AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE YARD SPACE REQUIREM NTS
FOR THE WEST 70 FEET OF LOTS 1 and 2, BLOCK 1959
ORIPINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. ThAt the yard space requirements of Ordinance
-Xb, ":, 5480,: as required for the West 70 feet of Lots 1 and 29
Block 195, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1201
Spring Street, be and the same are hereby declared to be waived.
Section 2, That Ordinance No. 5420, and the zoning
map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
so as to permit the waiver of the yard space requirements thereof
for the West 70 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 195, Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlinedin Section 1, hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
