All ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYPIG LOT TIYELVE (12), BLOCK FOUR (4), CHESTERFIELD
SQUARE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKMISAS:
AMNDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; l'UND FOR OVER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE: ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 TIAT LOT DYELUE (12), BLOCK FOUR (4), CHESTERFIELD
SQUAPE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, being N o. 2121 South
Maple Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District,
under the terms of Zoning Ordirance Tic. 5420, is i!ereby rezoned and
reclassified andthe same is hereby declared to be in "C" Zone Two- family
district under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoninw of said Let Twelve (12), Block
Four (4), Chesterfield Square Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Sectionl hereof, said property to be hereafter
knorn and. classified as being in the "C" Two- Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
