ORDINANCE N0. 7203
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE REED MUSIC COMPANY,
INC., PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SHEET
METAL BUILDING ON THE EAST 10 FEET OF THE WEST 70 FEET
OF THE SOUTH 36 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 7, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4966;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF,LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Reed Music Company, Inc.,
the owner of the West 70 feet of Lots 7 and $, and
the West -70 feet of the South 36 .feet of Lot 9, all in
Block- 7, .Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be
and it is hereby granted the right to construct and
maintain for two (2) years on the East 10 feet of the
West 70 feet of the South 36 feet of Lot 9, Block 7,
of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a sheet
metal building as an extension to a sheet metal building
previously erected as an extension to a three -story
brick building on said property.
•SECTION 2. That Ordinance No-4866 and all
amendments thereto are hereby amended to permit the
construction and maintenance of said sheet metal
-building as set out and outlined in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the City Engineer of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas be and he is hereby authorized
and directed immediately to issue to the Reed Music�Com-
pany a temporary building permit authorizing the con-
struction and maintenance of said building for a period
of two (2) years.
SECTION 4. That all Ordinances and parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
only insofar as they affect this Ordinance, and that
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
