AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 10 BLOCK 1 SOUTH MAIN STREET FADDITIOR PURPOSES
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Lot JO,Block 1, South Main Street Addition to City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being No-3011 South Main Street heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "C" Two - family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning mapfhereto attached
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of said Lot 10,Block 1,South Main Street Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section l hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - family District.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after this passage.
