AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TEN (10) AND THE SOUTH HALF
OF LOT ELEVEN- (11) , BLOCK NM (9) , CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY jEE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Ten (10) and the South half of
Lot Eleven , (11) , Block Nine (9) , Centennial &- ddition to Phe
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 1310 Wolfe Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two- family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,-m hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same ivw hereby declared to
be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said zoning
ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning

amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said
Lot Ten (10) and the South half of-Lot-Eleven (11), Block
Nine (9), Centennial Addition to the Cit.T of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said, property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the I'D"
Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall ,take effect
and be in foree from and after its passage.
