SECTION 1. That Lot 8, Block 1, Pulaski Hei &ts Addition to the City
of Little pock, Arkansas being No. 502 North Oak Street heretdfore
classified, and zoned as "B" Residence District Zander the terms of
Zoning Ordinrxce No. 5420 is hereby .rezoned ;.nd reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" !Nio- family District under the
terms of said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinn.nee No. 5420 anO the zoning map thereto attached
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning; of s<.id Lot 8, Block 1, Pulaski Heights Addition.to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas as outlined in Section 1y thereof said property
to be hereafter knovrn and classified as being in the "C" Two- family
District.
