BE IT ORDAINIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SVTION 1. That West One -half of Lot';leven(ll) and all of Lot
Twelve(12) , :dock ^leven(ll) , C. and P. Johnson's Addition to the
CITY of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 2923 West Seventeenth(17)
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residential DISTRICT,
under the te-rms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified end the sT-.le is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
DISTRICT under the terms of 3-iid Zoning Ordinance, and w -fiver of
yard space requirer,lents is Hereby gr ;.nted.
SE(; 'ION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part t -lereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Test One -I1alf of Lot Eleven(ll)
and all of Lot Twelve(12) , Flock Eleven(ll) , C. and P. Johnson's
Addition to the flity of Little 'rock, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "F" Coilrzercial DISTRICT, and s-Tith y-yrd space requirements
