AN ORDINANCE VTAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS (UNDER ORDINANCE
5,420 AS AMENDED) AND PERMITTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE ON
THE WEST END OF THE EAST HALF OF LOTS 5 AND 6 BLOCK 10, PULASKI
HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AND FOR
t _ 4.HER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The yard space requirements under Ordinance
5420, as amended, are hereby waived to permit the construction
of a garage approximately eleven feet by eighteen feet on the
west end of the east half of lots 5 and 6, Block 10, Pulaski
Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to issue a
building permit, on payment of the appropriate fee, to permit
the construction mentioned in section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This G-rdinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
