j TAKE BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GASOLINE AND
{ OIL FOR THE CITY, FOR RESALE TO AIRCRAFT AT
THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, DECLARING
AN DjERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER rURPOSES.

Aid ANSA8:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise and take bids for the
purchase of one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons of air-
craft gasoline and five hundred (500) gallons of aircraft
engine oil for resale to commercial and private aircraft at
the Little Rock Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2. Said aircraft gasoline and aircraft
engine oil purchase shall meet such specifications as are set
forth b -,r the Board of Public Affairs.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and if the provisions
of this ordinance are not rut into effect immediately the public
peace, heal th, and safety of the citizens of the City of Little
Rock will be adversely affected, therefore an emergency is here-
by declared, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
