AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
ONE PANEL TRUCK FOR USE BY THE CITY

+ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE,
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Aff, airs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids
for, and purchase one (1) new panel truck for use by
the City Pound.
SECTION 2. The cost of such truck shall not
exceed the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($1,200.00).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
