Aff ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE CIA OF THE MUNICIPAL
COURT'. AND ] ;OMRIMO _
VMMRW, Ant 126 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the
State of Arkansas for 1947 fixed the salaries of the Clerks of
the Municipal Court,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF IBS CITY OF LITTLB ROCS,
ABgANSAS.
SECTION 1. Beginning immediately after the date of
the City General Election for the year 1947, the salaries of
the Municipal Clerks for the Little Rock Municipal Court ,
fixed at the sum of *2510.00 (Tao Thousand, Five Dindred Ten
Dollars) annually, to be paid in equal monthly installments.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as they conflict,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
immediately after its passage and approval.
