AN ORDINANCE R LA331WING LOT 0" (1) , BLOCK FOUR (4) ,
FERNDALE ADDITION. TO ' ME CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
I AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE &CK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot One (1) , Block Four (4) , Ferndale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 2801
'Nest Capitol Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "C" Two - family District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot One (1) ,
Block Four (4) , Ferndale Addition to the City of Little Rock,
.Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and clsissif ied as being in the "C" Two- family
District.
SECTIOR 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
