AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING TATS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5)9 '
SIX (6), AND SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK SIX (6) OF REMMEL'S ADDITION TO,THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (�),
Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Six (6) of Remmel's Addition to the City of
(Asher Avenue)
Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 4601 to 4613 Roosevelt Road,/heretofore
v assified and - coned_ as "B "G Once- Family Residence District,.. under..th* :#.sr.�c►�,..o��,,,
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, 1 hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same 1%'
hereby declared to be in "J" Light Industrial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6)2.
and Seven (7) in Block Six (6) of Remmel's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,-said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "J" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
