ORDINANCE N0. 7248
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) IN BLACK TWELVE
(12) OF DICKINSON MILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5) in Block Twelve (12
of Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 3619
to 3621 Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned.as "B" One- Family
Residence District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in °Commeftial
NG" District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lots Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5) in Block Twelve (12)
of Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section l hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the 'OdmMiDteial "G" District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
ir' its 'passage.
