AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE VACCINE SERUM TO BE USED BY THE CITY
POUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
S1 CTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
Wfio ent vaccine serum to be used by the City Pound for the
! vjecinatioh of dogs within the City of Little Rock.

SECTION 2. The specifications and descriptions of
this vaccine serum will be set forth in the advertisement for
bids.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from ' and after its passage and approv-
