FURNTISHED AND SERVICES RENDERED THE CITY OF LIT''LE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PL7POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COU1, CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Road and /or Auto Fund_ of the City of Little Rock the sum of
X783.41 for payment to J. A. Riggs Tractor Company for rent and
labor on equi -oment furnished the City durirv, the months of 1�4arch
and Apri1. 1947-
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Funds of the City of Little Rock the sum of - 4Lkl.00 for
paym nt to Crow- Burlingame Company for One (1) Air Compressor
with 3 H P ITotor and Tank for the Repair Department of the City.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Funds of the City of Little Rock the sum of :403.41 for
payment to Amis Guthridge Furni tux,e Company for Two (2) Model
Crosley Gas Ranges for use in the Fire Department of the City.
SECTION 4. The 1.1ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant or warrants 7Daya.ble to the
parties name;;: for the purposes herein recited.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its -oa.ssage.
