AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYIITG LOTS 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, AND 5-171 OF 17
BLOCK 1 M001M AND PENZEL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0.,5420 A.S AMMED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 5 -17* of 17 block l Moore and
Penzel addition to the city of Little Rock, are hereby placed
in "Dm apartment district under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420
as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
as amended, and the zoning map attached hereto and made as part
thereof, are hereby, amended in conformity, with the provisions
of section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties described as
being in the a] ►:apartment district under said Ordinance No. 5420 as ,
