AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF TEMPORARY SUPERVISOR OF
MAINTENANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The position of temporary supervisor of main-
tenance is hereby created. The person to fill this.position
shall be chosen by the Mayor and shall receive a salary to be
fixed by the Mayor at $268.76. The temporary supervisor of main-
tenance shall be charged with supervising the repair of any and
all public buildings which may be needing repair during the em-
ployment authorized by this ordinance. The person filling such
position shall be authorized to employ such temporary or casual
labor as he may need from time to time in the discharge of the
above duties.
SECTION 2. The employment authorized under this ordinance
shall in no event exceed six (6) months from the time that the
temporary supervisor of maintenance is chosen, under this ordi-
nance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
