Section 1. Six additional positions of Helpers in the Sanitation
Department of the City of Little look are hereby created.
Section 2. The persons to fill the positions of Section Cue of this

Little Rook in a manner provid" by Law. Bach persons as so chosen for the
position shall be goverened as forth by the Civil Service Commission of
the City of Little Book.
Section 3. Persons occupying such position shall be wader the direction,
supervision and control of the Director of the Sanitation Department and shall
perform such duties as designated by his and as are prescribed by Law and re.

Section 4. Bach helpers shall receive the salary of =120.94 per mono
to be paid from sash fwds and in like manner as other employees of the
Sanitation Department of the City of Little Rosh.

parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the
provisions of this Ordinance are placed into�ffest immediately, the public
pease, health and safety of the oitisens of Little hook will be adversly
effeete46 Therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall be in fall force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
