AN ORDINANCE ORDERING THE REMOVAL AND RAZING OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS,
HOUSES, AND OTHER STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; DIRECTING
THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE SUCH ACTION AS IS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH
THE RESULTS DESIRED BY THIS ORDINANCE, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, In many parts of the City of Little Rock owners of real f
property have allowed such property to become run down,
delapidated, unsafe, unsightly, dangerous, obnoxious and
detrimental to the public welfare of the citizens of the
City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, The condition of this property is a serious fire hazard and
that unless immediate action is taken to remedy this sit-
uation there is a great likihood that the surrounding pro-
perty will be destroyed,by fire originating in such unsafe
and hazardous structures,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. That the owners of the following described
property be and they are hereby ordered to remove or raze the build-
ings-upon said property within 30 days frc m the effective date of this
ordinance:

SECTION 3. All persons, firms, corporations violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be fined
in any sum not less than $25.00 nor-more than 0100.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith W hereby repealed and unless the provisions of this
ordinance are put into effect imediately, the publ'c peace, health,
and safety of the people of Little Rock will be adversely affected,
therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
