AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING Part of Lot 1 of the Rapley Estate in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 114, Township 10 North, Range 12 West, more
particularly described as beginning at a point which point is 198.4 Feet
West of the Northeast corner and on the North line of said lot, from the
point so established run West along the North line a distance of 198.4
Feet, thence South to a point on the South line of said lot, which point is
406.4 Feet West of the Southeast corner of said lot, run thence East along
line -a distance of 203.2 Feet to a point on the South -lip of said
lot, run thence North to a point on the North line of said lot which point
is 198,4 Feet West of t1.e Northeast corner of said lot being the point of
beginning of the above described land, and containing 3,24 Acres, more or
less, in Little Rock, Arkansas, AVIEWDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Lot 1 of the Rapley Estate in the Northwest
Quarter of Section 144 Township 1, North, Range 12 West, Little Rock,Arkansas,
as described above, being located in south side of East Roosevelt Road, betweer
Vance and McAlmont Streets, extended, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in »In, Light
Industrial District, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51;20 .and the Zoning J,!ap thereto attached
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of said part of Lot 1 of the Rapley Estate in the Northwest
Quarter of Section ]4 , Township 11 North, Range 12 West, Little Rock,Arkansas,
as described above and as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the 11ln,Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
aftir its passage.
