AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST TWO- THIRDS (2/3) OF LOTS
ONE, (1)1 TWO (2) and THREE (3) , BLOCK FOUR (4) ,
MOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.5420; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East Two-thirds (2/3) of Lots
une (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Four (4), Mountain Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the South-
west Corner of Kavanaugh and Polk Streets, in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "A", One - Family
District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No.5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same is hereby declared
to be in "D ", Apartment District under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance, and yard space requirements on said property
are hereby waived under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance. �
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No -5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the re- classification and re- zoning of the said East
Two- thirds (2/3) of tots One (�), Two (2) and Three (3), Block
Four (4), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said.pro perty to be
hereafter known and classffi ed as being in the "D ", Apartment
District, and the yard space requirements for said property are
hereafter waived.
wo SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
