AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYIM LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWSLVB (12), FERNDALE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0,
5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That lot one (1) Block twelve (12) Ferndale Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being number 2801, West Seventh Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence district, under the terms of zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of said lot one (1) block twelve (12), Ferndale ,Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F"
Commercial District,
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
