ORDINANCE NO. 7280
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FIFTEEN (15) AND SIXTEEN (16) ,
BLOCK ONE (1) , R.FMIAEL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, —
A??KANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANC' NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHFR PUBPOSVS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16),
Block One (1) , Remmel Addition to the City of Little Bock,
Arkansas, being? about 4123 Asher Avenue, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance:
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said hots
Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), Block One (1), Remmel Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "I" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passaF
