An Ordinance granting Meyer Brothers Drug Company of Arkansas
• permission to construct and maintain a metal clad building on
Lot 6, Block 34, Original City of Little Rock, amending Ordi-
nance No. 4866 and for other purposes,_
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansass
Section 1. That Meyer Brothers Drug Company of Arkansas, the
owner of Lot 6,Block 34 in Original City of Little Rock be and it
is hereby granted the right to construct and maintain on the rear
• of said lot across the. alley from the main structure for a period
of two years a metal clad building approximately 10 feet by _20 feet
in size with a concrete floor.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 4866 and all amendments thereto
are hereby amended to permit the construction and maintenance of said
mietal clad building as s et out and outlined in Section 1 hereof.,.
• Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to immediately
issue to Meyer Brothers Drug Company of Arkansas a temporary build-
ing permit authorizing the construction and maintenance of said build-
ing for a period of 2 years.
Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they affect this oadi-
nance, and that this ordinance shall take effect nd full force
from and after its passage. Appr e .
