AN ORDINANCE RECLASOIFYING THE EA`�T 32 FEET OF THE SOUTH 11
FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) AND THE EAST 32 FEET OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK
TWO HUNDRED TWENTY -ONE (221), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AIuIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
the
SECTION 1. That the East 32 feet of /South 11 feet of
Lot Five ( 5 � and the East 32 feet of Lot Six (6), Block Two
Hundred Twenty -one (221), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being No. 1323 State Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"C" Two - family District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, -fie hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same )4 hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning 1.1ap
thereto attached and made apart thereof,a re hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said property as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
