BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE .CITY OF L1'rTLE ROCK,
! ARKANSAS:
Sectiaal 1. That Ordinance No. 5752 passed June 12,
1939 be and the same is hereby repealed and all taxes and
licenses levied thereunder and not collected, be and the same
are hereby cancelled.
Section 2. `j{his ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
